In addition to exporting the Excel information and emailing a link to the graph, you can share graphs and information from the Yampa Valley Partners Community Indicators Tool with others in many different ways: Screenshot While viewing the chart, you can press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard, which saves an exact copy of your screen to the clipboard. You can then paste this into any application such as Word, Powerpoint, Paint, Photoshop, or an email and save it and share it with others. Note: You may want to right click the chart and choose "Full Screen" to get a larger image of the graph, without the rest of your desktop showing in your image. Export to JPEG When you right click on the graph, you will see a selection entitled “Export to JPEG”. If you click that, the system will turn the graph into a JPEG that can be copied and pasted into Word, Powerpoint, Paint, Photoshop, or an email. Note: This feature is not compatable with Internet Explorer. To use this feature, you will need to use another browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome to export properly. Print the Chart to a Printer or a PDF Right click on the graph and choose “Print Chart”. This will open your print dialogue box, and you can print it directly to your printer. If you have the ability to print to PDF on your computer, just select that software (typically Adobe PDF, PDF Creator, or some other similarly named printer) and you can print the chart directly to a PDF. If you do not have PDF printing software, you can find free PDF printing software on a variety of sites, or purchase and use Adobe Acrobat.
